Our Story

about

From Our Kitchen
to Your Table

Golden Dragon was built on recipes that traveled with our family from China to Brooklyn. In our kitchen, we still use the same marinades, the same careful timing, the same respect for ingredients that our ancestors did. Every wok toss and every dumpling fold carries that history forward. We cook the food we grew up eating, and we're honored to share it with our neighbors.

We source fresh vegetables daily and never rush what needs time. Cooking this way—with patience and respect for tradition—is how we honor both our heritage and our community.
